SHIPPING:    Most merchandise is shipped within 3-5 days of purchase within the Continental U.S. and Canada. Special Orders are shipped according to items ordered. We shipped primarily via USPS Media Mail and shipping confirmations are sent when packages have been released for shipping. USPS and UPS calculations for Shipping/Handling are based on weight and destination. Most books, Bibles, CD, and Media are shipped from PA, TN, or NY.

RETURNS:  Customer Must Notify this Office within 3-5 days of Receipt of Merchandise of intent to return the item(s) via email or telephone.  After this time, returns will not be accepted. We will forward via email a Refund Confirmation number AND a Packing Slip.  Package must be Received for shipment by USPS/UPS within 3-days of receipt of Confirmation Number or 10-days of Original Purchase...Whichever is sooner.  This Confirmation number must be included with the Carton/Package being returned and Items MUST be returned within time frame listed or the package may not be accepted for return/or only a Store Credit will be issued.  Tracking information MUST be forwarded via e-mail to kncstuffnsuch@hotmail.com.  Return of Merchandise is Time Sensitive. After receipt of package and inspection of contents, your Credit Card or PayPal account will then be refunded the full amount, minus the initial shipping cost you paid.
